We specialise in the programming of online surveys using Confirmit and our own platform, DigiWeb, which we’ve developed and used over a number of years.

We provide online sample (we have direct access to panels with over 2 million respondents) and we work with a global network of panel partners.

Confirmit
Confirmit is a leading online survey software package widely used by a large number of market research agencies and other organisations.  Confirmit is very versatile, allowing for extremely complex and customised surveys. It has the capacity to incorporate graphics, audio, video, and flash type questions, e.g. drag-and-drop graphics or other interactive features like sliding scales.

Short ConfirmIt Demonstration

Our Confirmit surveys are run on a fully redundant architecture consisting of about 30 servers maintained by a dedicated team of IT professionals. The system is hosted in a secure off-site location with uninterruptible power supplies and climate control systems with 24*7 monitoring.

We also work with a wide range of panel suppliers, which allows us to identify the best sample source for every project including hard-to-reach respondents, and often at preferential rates.

DigiWeb
Digitab also offer surveys using our own software, DigiWeb. We provide Conjoint design, scripting and hosting (e.g. CBC, ACA, MaxDiff etc).  DigiWeb allows us to script and host straightforward surveys at extremely competitive rates. It is a tried and tested service that is reliable and cost efficient.
